Orders, Return & Exchange Policies

Orders:
To confirm your order you should pay 50% downpayment, either through Instapay or Vodafone Cash

Exchange:
We have a 24 hours to notice us for the exchange request we don’t have return policy.

Exchange Notes:
- All orders are handed to you closed & sealed, this means no trying policy while the courier is on your doorstep.
- Packages are sealed and not allowed to be opened.
- If your exchange is accepted, we exchange item size only we don't accept model exchange.
- Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

Returns:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns policy
-please allow from 5-7 working days according to stock availability for exchange process to be happen from the day the team is notified and confirm on your exchange.
